The first 64-bit software I installed today after upgrading my system to 64-bit Windows 10 Pro was Google Chrome browser...Oracle released Java Standard Edition 9 Development Kit on 21 September 2017 and it was close to midnight that night the 64-bit versions of JDK 9 appeared on Oracle's website but still the 32-bit versions are not available...This is the reason which caused me to upgrade my system to 64-bit Windows 10 Pro...Java 9 has been much delayed...I have compiled and run my first ever program using JDK 9... :) ...
