Had a snack again

Had a snack again before breakfast is ready...

I put two tea spoons of milk powder (which I keep in my room with coffee bottle) and 2 tea spoons of Milo...Than 1 piece of bread with magarine and 1 piece of bread with honey...

I loved the small meal...

Alhamdhu Lilaahi...Praise be to Allah...

Bought more food items

Bought Milo powder tin medium and Sunquick juice small bottle from Red Wave Express...

These are the first times I had ever bought food items...

I am slowly removing relying on my father for such things and since 2023 I buy cosmetics on my own and now food...Longtime since I buy my own coffee bottles since 2019...

I receive very little bits of money and I am thinking to retire soon and do an online business on my own to make money...

This ends I buying food items and I will buy again when these are empty...

Bought food items

Bought magarine, honey, apples, and oranges...

As a longtime ago since I mostly stopped eating from cafe's and hotas, I intend to eat snacks mostly from home now as I will be 50 years old this year and I want to avoid junk food like short eats...I intend to retire myself and do a small online business...I want to eat good whole some healthy foods and look after my body...

I am storing honey and fruit in our refrigerator and magarine in our kitchen "table" since magarine becomes solid and hard if frozen...

I bought these food item from Red Wave Stadium and Red Wave Express and it's now 3:59 AM early morning of 18 April 2026 Saturday...

I am receiving too many nuisance calls

Since December last year 2025 I am receiving too many frequent nuisance calls to my room telephone number and I don't answer them.

It's now 5 months since Hawwa Shamla's family people are disturbing me too much. Nineteen years has gone by and they are troubling me.

There is nothing I can do but be patient and live with this. Complaining to Police will never work as they don't investigate my cases.

In 2012 I filed a case ( case number : LC2012/20497 ) but the Investigation Officer ( IO ) Lance Corporal Shinaan didn't investigate the case and he simply filed it.

Even today I received a call to my room telephone and I ignored the call...They are even calling to my new Ooredoo business mobile number also.
