Visual Studio Build Tools 2017

Today morning I formatted my computer and reinstalled genuine Windows 10 Pro because my system was becoming slow...I have now finished installing most of the softwares I use...I installed Microsoft Visual Studio BuildTools 2017 as I only want the C/C++ compilers and use Notepad and Command Prompt as the development environment...After finishing the install, I had to add the Path , Include , and Lib environment variables since I intended to use the build in Command Prompt of Windows 10 and not the native x86 / x64 command line tools...I successfully compiled and ran my first program in C++ using these tools ... :) ... Changed the Google+ and YouTube custom URL and also Instagram username

I have changed my Google+ profile URL and custom URL of my old YouTube channel... They are now plus.google.com/+nahyz and youtube.com/c/nahyz ... I also changed the username of my Instagram account and the new URL is instagram.com/naheeznaheez ... I did this all this noon... I also noticed that my main YouTube channel works as youtube.com/naheez today... :) ... Allah Akbar... Allah is great... I think I should now slow down and stop searching social media websites and registering in them...I have created my accounts in the communities of major companies like Microsoft and Intel and many others...I have created profiles in several social media websites...All my thanks goes to my lord Allah the almighty and merciful...I thank Google for enabling great search functions and algorithms which reduces the queries I had send....
