Google acquires Motorola Mobility ...
On 15 August 2011, Google had agreed to acquire Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc for 12.5 billion USD...Motorola Mobility is a spin off company of the former Motorola...Google will than make smart phones based on it's own Android OS ... wow...how cool....
