The road to Usfasgandu has been opened

Today now the road to Usfasgandu from Dharubaaruge and Children's Garden has been opened...

This is the first time this road has been closed all these years for several months since late August till this late December of 2020...I have been walking on this road to Usfasgandu regularly since 1997 (that was even before Usfasgandu has been reclaimed) and it's now 23 years gone by for these lonely walks especially in the nights...

All these 31 years since 1989 when I and my family shifted to our home, it has never been closed for such a long time...It was closed by STELCO due to a project...

I have been going to Usfasgandu from Dharubaaruge Bidha (Dharubaaruge Behind) all these months because this road has been closed...

Afternoon coffee in Cafe' Thaaseer

Today afternoon I had a half black coffee in Cafe' Thaaseer which is the only cafe' or hotaa (Dhivehi word for Cafe') in the south side of Boduthakurufaanu Magu and Male' too...

I have been visiting Cafe' Thaaseer since around 2018 almost regularly but even before that I have been visiting this cafe'.

A longtime ago they had a cafe' (also by the same name) near my home...

Since from late August this year 2020, the road to Usfasgandu through Kudakudhinge Bageecha (Childrens Garden) and Dharubaaruge has been closed by STELCO for a project...

I had again disconnected my fiber internet because of this financially difficult days of COVID-19 pandemic...

I have no customers of my business anymore and MIRA might deregister my business soon next year 2021 due to "Nil" tax return filling...

Tsunami Binaa Maizaan

Since last Friday I was sick with high fever...On Sunday night I vomited and my father told my brother to take me to Sena Hiya Military Hospital of MNDF...I had earlier called HPA COVID-19 help line to report my fever.

In Sena Hiya they took my samples to test for COVID-19 and Subu Haana Allah it came out as negative as the SMS I received from HPA on 2 December 2020...I have now recovered from my fever and I am feeling well but my face skin is slightly discolored due to the fever...

I went to buy patrol for my old friend Shafittey from the fuel shed near IGMH and as I had time before the shed opens at 4:00 PM I went to the Tsunami Binaa Maizaan and took these photos and selfies...
