Last night to pass the time (I have lots of free time these days as my close old friends Azmath, Shafeeu, and Shafittey has left Male') I installed MyRadar™ and The Weather Channel™ apps in my Samsung® Galaxy™ A70 smartphone phablet...
These two apps are weather forecasting apps and I also have Google™ weather app in my phone...
Weather forecasting data is predicted using either IBM® Supercomputers or NEC® (Japan's Nippon Electric Company®) HPC (High Performance Computers, which has a full suite of weather forecasting software) and also many other companies provide these predictions.
Maldives Meteorological Service ( https://www.meteorology.gov.mv/ ) most probably has these high end systems and access to weather forecasting satellites in space...I heard they have Linux® workstations manufactured in Germany, used for weather forecasting...
These apps are very nice since it shows weather maps in my phone...
